Please join me and other like-minded humans within our community as we come together in a safe and sacred space to explore our hearts, relationships, and desires, all while fostering sisterhood  When women come together in circle, beautiful magic happens.

This circle, we will explore and integrate the cycles of the moon, the earth and womanhood.

Bring along a mug for tea and and journal.  You are also invited to bring along a special object to place in the center of our circle that represents you, which will be charged by the sacred energy of our circle coming together.

We begin by taking an inward journey. Through visualization and breath work, we awaken the senses and bring you fully present in your body as you float deeper into relaxation by being "bathed" in the vibration of crystal singing bowls. This meditation, led by Tania, continues with guided imagery, transporting you into a place of openness and insight. Feel the stresses of the day melting away, being replaced by a sense of wholeness for the body and mind.
